Unable To Ping From VMware Guest To VirtualBox Guest - SOLVED!

On the same Windows 7 host, 1 have two virtual machines running CentOS 6.5; one is a VirtualBox machine, while the other is a VMware machine.

On the VMware machine, I edited my /etc/resolv.conf as follows:
# Generated by NetworkManager

For good measure, I also created an /etc/resolv.conf.tail:

From the VMware machine, I was able to ping VirtualBox:
[root@fs ~]# ping -c 3
PING ( 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=2.58 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=1.64 ms
