Apache - Error "Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName" - SOLVED

In FreeBSD, in order to fix the aforementioned error, make the following change in the file "/usr/local/etc/apache22/httpd.conf":

old:
#ServerName www.example.com:80

change to:
ServerName 192.168.1.5:80

Next, make sure you have a FQDN (fully-qualified domain name) for your server on your /etc/hosts file (see area below in blue):
::1                     localhost localhost.my.domain
127.0.0.1          localhost localhost.my.domain
192.168.1.5      servername.domain.com

Verification:
You will not see this error message after restarting Apache, or rebooting.
